Functions & Room Hire

Children's Parties

The main Hall is available to Hire on Saturday and Sunday afternoon's from 12pm for children's parties.

FEE £60 for 2 hour party with an additional 1/2 hour before to set up and 1/2 hour after to tidy up.

For extra time the fee is £20 per hour.

For use of the kitchen and additional coffeebar area there is an additional £20 charge.

You can hire the use of our Bouncy Castle for £60 and Softplay Shapes for £15

There is a non refundable deposit of £30 when booking and the balance must be paid off 1 week before the booking date.

WE DO NOT TAKE ANY TEENAGE PARTIES!

Adult Parties

 The main Hall and cafe area available to Hire on Friday and Saturday evenings for adults parties.

FEE £150 and a deposit of £50 which will be refunded if the room is left clean and tidy.

The deposit will be lost if the booking is cancelled

This is for 1/2 hour set up time and a party that runs 7pm-11pm.

We have a licensed bar that opens at 7:30pm. You can book extra time for the bar to be open for £15 per hour.

WE DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO BRING ANY OF YOUR OWN ALCOHOL ONSITE AS WE ARE A LICENSED PREMISES

The balance must be paid 1 week before the booking date!

Room Hire Fee Starts from £17 per room per hour

Tyne Bridge Morris

Tyne Bridge Morris

Tyne Bridge Morris are a clog morris team, dancing with garlands and decorated short sticks. Our repertoire includes traditional dances from the North West of England, and others composed by the team, including Ouseburn and Seven Bridges.

We are supported by live musicians who play banjo, recorder, fiddle, and drum, and who also provide interlude music.

INTERESTED IN JOINING US?

We practice at Heaton Community Centre on Thursday evenings, 8.30-9.30pm. (Please let us know if you are interested in coming along, just in case we have to cancel a week!)

Dancers must be able to count to at least 8, and we will teach you everything else you need to know!

Sheet music can be provided for new musicians, (although there is no need to be able to read music). Let us know if you're interested and we can give further information about the tunes we use.

WANT US TO JOIN YOU?

Tyne Bridge is available to perform at fairs, ceilidhs and other events for a very reasonable fee.
