Heaton Voices

Heaton Voices is a community choir based in Heaton in Newcastle upon Tyne, England.

Heaton Voices meet on Sundays 7- 9 pm

Heaton Voices began in January 2000, set up by Richard Scott in response to the need for a community based singing group.

Now more than 70 strong, our aims are:

To advance the education of the local community with particular reference to music with the intention of fostering a love of a broad range of music

To benefit the local community by providing an organisation which encourages participation and interest in music across all sections of the community
To provide access to opportunities for development of choral skills and musical awareness and appreciation
