Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a fast-paced sequence of movements and postures, with an emphasis on steady, even breathing. Both the body and the mind get a work-out, leaving you feeling strong, invigorated, and mentally stronger and more balanced. 

Beginners are always welcome.
